- Own acquisition campaigns across paid, organic and partnerships
- Test messaging around roaming, eSIM and plan simplicity
- Analyse funnel performance and optimise conversion
- Collaborate with brand and product on launches and seasonal pushes
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Track record of scaling DTC or subscription brands
- Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution tools
- Creative instinct for bold, direct copy that converts
