By activating an Omax SIM or eSIM you agree to these terms. They cover how your plan works, what you pay, and what you can expect from the network. If you do not agree, simply do not activate.
All plans are 30-day rolling contracts. There is no minimum term beyond the current billing month and no early-exit fee.
Your monthly price is fixed for as long as you stay on your plan. We will never raise it mid-contract or add inflation-linked increases. We bill on the same date each month, in advance.
If you change plan, the new price applies from your next billing date. You can view every charge in the Omax app.
Calls, texts and data in every roam-free destination are charged at your standard home allowance. There is no roaming surcharge. Roaming is intended for travel, not permanent use abroad.
A fair-use policy applies: if more than half of your usage over any two-month period is outside your home country, we may contact you before applying a small surcharge.
Your plan is for personal, lawful use. You must not use the network for fraud, spam, or to disrupt others. We may suspend service if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
You can cancel any time from the Omax app with 30 days notice. You keep your number and can transfer it to another provider with a PAC code, free of charge.
