We collect the details you give us when you sign up: your name, contact details and payment information, plus the data needed to run your service, such as usage and network location.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Ever.

02How we use it

We use your data to provide your plan, bill you accurately, keep the network secure, and support you when you get in touch. We only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time from the app.

03How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as you are a customer and for a limited period afterwards, as required by law for billing and fraud-prevention purposes. After that, it is securely deleted.

04Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Most of this is self-service in the OmaxMobile app; for anything else, our support team will action your request within 30 days.
