Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity checks help stop phone numbers being used for fraud and scams. We check every customer before a number is issued.

Can I get a number without a plan?

No. Extra numbers are add-ons to an OmaxMobile plan.

Will the number work for bank verification codes?

They’re real mobile numbers, so they receive SMS like any other. Some services set their own rules about which numbers they accept.

Extra numbers are add-ons to an OmaxMobile plan, charged every 30 days from your balance. A successful identity check is required for each number. Number availability varies. Calls and texts from extra numbers use your plan allowance. Prices include VAT.
