What do I need to join?
An unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone, the OmaxMobile app, a payment card and photo ID for a quick identity check.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in the app.
Will my price go up?
Your price is fixed for the period you’ve paid for — 30 days, 6 months or 12 months. We’ll tell you in advance about any change before your next renewal.
Monthly or upfront — what’s the difference?
Monthly plans renew every 30 days and you can cancel any time. With a 6 or 12-month plan you pay once upfront and save 10% or 20% on the monthly price. The allowances are the same.
What happens when a 6 or 12-month plan ends?
We’ll remind you in the app before it ends.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Request a PAC code from your old provider and enter it in the OmaxMobile app when you join. Your number moves across within one working day.
Is there a fair use policy?
Yes. Unlimited data and roaming are subject to fair use policies. See our terms for the details.
